Complainants are able to obtain general information on the status of their complaint such as examples noted below. Case information will not be shared unless it is essential to providing clarity in obtaining additional information necessary to process the case. If the complaint results in disciplinary actions, we do not disclose the specific action taken nor do we disclose the nature of any disciplinary action taken. Reports are subject to disclose specific actions taken or planned based on the internal control weaknesses identified and recommendations.
